We're a Maryland-born chicken and mac 'n cheese restaurant serving crave-worthy comfort food in Anne Arundel County, including Severna Park and Arnold, Maryland. From crispy, hand-breaded chicken tenders to rich, creamy mac 'n cheese and bold signature sauces, everything we make is built to deliver flavor in every bite.
A Family Recipe, Built In Maryland
Vivi's Chicken 'n Mac was born in a family kitchen — not a boardroom.
Founders Michele and Gennaro DiMeo spent years perfecting their chicken recipe, dialing in the brine, breading, and signature sauces until every tender met their standard: food they'd proudly serve their own family. They named the restaurant after their daughter, Vivi — because this brand is rooted in family, quality, and care.
Today, Vivi's is part of the MONTE Restaurant Development Group, the same Maryland-based family behind Squisito Pizza & Pasta, bringing over 35 years of restaurant experience to every location.
